12 weeks to learn Japanese and become self-sufficient on your next trip to Japan
Here's how to finally learn Japanese !

You dream of learning Japanese so you can be confident on your next trip to Japan, but you feel lost when faced with all these complex concepts?
Then this page is made for you!
I’m pretty sure your Japanese learning journey looks like this.
Let me take out my crystal ball and imagine your situation.
You want to give it your best shot, but you feel lost and have no idea where to start.
You’ve started several times… tried to learn the kana, but got stuck with writing because you feel like you’re just stagnating.
You can’t find the time to properly invest yourself in learning the Japanese language.
You started and then realized you needed guidance, a teacher’s support, because doing it all alone quickly falls apart with everyday life…
Learning on your own has worn you out, and you’ve ended up losing motivation. After all, if you can’t even manage to learn the kana… why keep going with Japanese?
If you tell yourself you’ll never make it… that it’s out of your reach… and that you’ll stay a beginner for your whole life…
Don’t panic!
You’re not alone in this situation. All learners go through it.
And in just a minute, I’ll explain how to finally solve these problems once and for all.
DAILY JAPANESE is your shortcut to a level of Japanese that will allow you to travel.
We guide you step-by-step starting from zero.
Thanks to the DAILY JAPANESE program, you’ll be able to go to Japan confident that you have the Japanese skills to immerse yourself with the locals
DAILY JAPANESE is the course I’ve spent months developing so you can quickly learn Japanese from home, at YOUR own pace!

I’m Leina Nishimura, French-Japanese, and I’ve taught Japanese to +2500 people.
And I’m going to show you how to go from :
“I’m learning Japanese without really knowing where to go” to “I’m learning Japanese by speaking it every day”
I’m going to share with you the step-by-step strategy that has helped thousands of people achieve their dream of speaking Japanese.
Japan is, quite simply, my life.
Born between two countries, I spent my early years in Japan and started learning Japanese at a very young age.
On that note, here’s a story I love because it’s so representative of the Japanese mindset:
At two years old, my Japanese grandfather forbade me to return to Japan until I spoke the language fluently 😅
I’ve always lived between these two countries, to the point of becoming “Japanese to the French and French to the Japanese.”
At 18, my life took a new turn when a friend asked me to teach her Japanese:
"I wish I could have a conversation, manage on my own in the country, understand people, and speak to them." 💬
She had tried on her own but couldn’t do it. She really wanted to get started but didn’t know where to begin.
She became my first student! 🌟
Then I started giving lessons every day. 😊
I quickly understood one thing:
Most people don’t succeed because they’re not guided and lose motivation.
So, I started helping people who wanted to learn in order to fully immerse themselves in Japanese culture during their trip to Japan 🇯🇵
I ended up looking into what was being said about Japan in the States, and often noticed it didn’t match the reality of Japan.
So, I gradually took on more students until one day a friend told me:
“Create your own channel, teach us Japanese by sharing what you’ve learned over there.” 🇯🇵
That’s how the idea came about, and ZerotoJapan was born…
Today, I’ve guided several hundred students and have reached over 200K people across all platforms.
Many students have told me that following my course made them realize Japanese is much more within their reach than they had imagined.
They had simply been following the wrong method:
1. Learning the kana for three months without really having a precise method to master them quickly.
Many get stuck at this stage because they lose motivation, feel like they’re not making progress, and give up because they don’t know what to do next with these kana.
If children as young as 5 manage to learn them in Japan, it’s not because they’re better, it’s because they have standards.

We teach how to build them. The numbers used in America seem obvious to you?
Once you’ve learned the writing rules, it’s the same for Japanese kana.
With the right stroke order, the right order to write them, and the right methods to remember them… it’s immediately easier!
2. They don’t learn anything in parallel with the kana.
Have you ever seen a place where all you do is learn letters and symbols? Anyone would go crazy in the end 😂
I always teach my students the structure of sentences in parallel with the kana.
On one hand, because you need concrete notions to stay motivated;
On the other, because once you’ve learned the kana (and that goes quickly), the majority of learners get stuck at this stage.
Once the kana are learned, where to go next?
That’s the question most learners ask themselves.
Because they don’t master the structure of Japanese sentences.
But by understanding how they’re built, you’ll be able to play with them, and there will be only one step left: practice.
3. Unfortunately, all courses teach vocabulary and kana, but very few actually allow students to truly practice.
Yet that’s what gives real pleasure and the desire to go further.
Without practice, how can you know if you’re making progress?
How can you know if you’ll be able to use what you’ve learned once in Japan?
For learning Japanese, practice must be at the heart of the training!
I have a brother who doesn’t know the Katakana (one of the two basic Japanese alphabets…) and doesn’t know a single kanji.
Guess what?
That doesn’t stop him from having a 45-minute phone conversation with our Japanese aunt.
Why? Because he practiced and applied what he learned.
I know it might sound strange to talk about pleasure when you’ve felt it was only suffering until now, but learning is deeply linked to enjoyment.
Having fun means allowing yourself to remember everything you’ll see!

A method to follow and apply in order to communicate quickly
The motivation of group learning adapted to your lifestyle
The teaching skills of a qualified Japanese teacher who pushes you and supports you daily
Lifetime access to the lessons
Of course, I’m not saying I’ll make you bilingual in 2 weeks, but I’m trying to show you that it’s really all about the method:
In learning the first basics and kana
In learning the structure of the language
In practice
And the great thing about methods is they can be learned and applied. And that’s exactly what you’ll find here.
Objective: Learn Japanese and become completely independent during your next trip to Japan.
Why is this course different from what you find online?
I’ve focused entirely on practice.
Whether in the exercises or elsewhere.
Let’s be honest: simply following an online Japanese course won’t change your situation.
As usual, you’ll procrastinate because you’ll lose motivation.
And it’s not your fault!
But of all those instructors who lack teaching skills and simply throw theory and exercises at you with a “figure it out yourself” attitude.
So yes, you may have “learned some things”… but was it really what you needed?
With Daily Japanese, I’ve done things differently, so that pleasure and learning go hand in hand with efficiency!
HERE’S HOW YOU’LL PRACTICE CONCRETELY:
Every week, practice sessions are organized (twice a week) so you can practice with people at your level.
The concept is simple:
You’re grouped with people of your level and have access to scripts that let you put into practice everything you’re learning.
How will you learn?
Throughout the course, your written exercises will be corrected individually by me!
The 12 modules are structured in a logical order so you can progress step by step and achieve real results day after day without forcing yourself.
In parallel, you’ll have access to a close-knit community where we challenge each other to progress even more.
Once a month, I organize a live cultural session where we will go deeper into the Japanese culture
At the end of just a few months, you’ll have learned everything you need to set off independently.
And you’ll be on the right track, and the question will no longer be IF you’ll speak Japanese and immerse yourself in the country comfortably, but WHEN.

"After a month, I feel much more comfortable and I can tell that I’m making great progress."
